A reminder to all schools, any Timetabling amendments required to be made to 2nd or 3rd year (level 5 & 6) courses/modules are to be forwarded to the Central Timetabling Unit by 24th August. After this date the Central Timetabling Unit will focus its attention on the Year 1(level 4) students. CTU have a very limited period (3 weeks) to input, check, amend and release timetables for year 1 students.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate 2nd & 3rd Year amendments received after this deadline, there is no guarantee that we will be able to action the requests before the start of term. Therefore we urge ALL staff to check their timetables and forward any amendments to Central Timetabling Unit by the 24th August.
