Applications are now being accepted for Halls of Residence Car Parking Permits for Spring Term 2012 (January to March 2012). An application form and further information can be found on the University’s student parking web pages. Halls of Residence Parking Permits are allocated on a term-by-term basis, so students must re-apply each term. You must submit a Spring Term application form on or before 3 January 2012, if you want to be considered for Halls of Residence parking between January and March 2012 (restrictions and charges apply). http://www.northampton.ac.uk/student-parking

Staff Car Park No. 8, at the back of Park Campus, will be closed for essential repairs on Friday 16 September for one day only. Would all users please utilise other car parks on Friday.
New staff car park open at Park Campus

The newly completed car park located between Sunley Conference Centre, Margaret Bondfield Hall and Charles Bradlaugh Hall is now open for staff to use. Access to the car park is via the newly widened roadway off the mini-roundabout, staff barrier cards have been programmed to give access through this barrier. The new car park contains 56 spaces and will be numbered as Car Park 11.
Ceremonies week – parking

The University’s Summer Award Ceremonies will be taking place in a marquee adjacent to the Pavilion on Park Campus next week (from Tuesday 19 – Friday 22 July). As a result of the building work taking place on campus, the route to be taken by our graduands and their guests has changed. Update on campus car park charging

The staff and student car park charging scheme that was previously announced will not be coming into operation in September 2011, so pay-and-display charging will not be introduced on campus car parks. Please be aware that all members of staff who wish to park on campus must still obtain and use a barrier access card. Please visit www.northampton.ac.uk/staff-parking for further information about on-campus parking for staff.
Car park closure – 27 and 28 April 2011

The University will be hosting the Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes Higher Education Fair on the 27 – 28 April 2011 at Park Campus. As a consequence, car park 10 will be closed on both days. Staff who normally use this car park are asked to relocate to car park 3 or 8.

Applications are now being accepted for Halls of Residence Car Parking Permits for Spring Term 2011 (January to April 2011). Pay-as-you-go car park charging was due to be implemented in student car parks on campus in January 2011, however this will now commence on 1 September 2011.
